It is with deep regrets we announce the passing away of Canon Zacharia Warutere Githinji, husband to Mrs. Margaret Muringi Githinji. He is father to Benson Kinyua, Mary Ouma, David Mwangi of Gwinnett County USA, Philip Warutere, Loise Wangoi, Dorcas Wanjiku and Sara Nyokabi of Kenya and father in love to Rachael Kinyua and Caleb Ouma of Gwinnett County USA.
This sad event occurred on the morning of 11/16/15 in Atlanta following a long courageous battle with illness. Please reach out to Mrs.Githinji and her entire family with your prayers and love at this very difficult time.
There will be prayer meetings starting from 7pm at 3270 Hall Garden Rd Snellville, GA 30039 (Kinyua's residence)
Family and friends are making an urgent appeal to all Kenyans and other citizens of goodwill to help repatriate Zacharia's body.
A memorial and fundraiser to raise money to transport the body to its final resting place in Kenya will be held on Saturday, November 28th, 2015 at International Community Outreach Church, 180 Grayson Industrial Parkway Grayson, GA 30017 from 1:00 to 5:00pm.
